1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Order Modification & Cancellation

Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not been shipped.

After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our return policy.


3. Return & Exchange Categories

Category A: Our Responsibility (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item

We will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs

  • Offer a full refund or free replacement

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence. We will assist you promptly.


Category B: Customer Reasons (Non-Quality Issues)

If you request a return due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Other personal reasons not related to product defects

Return Conditions:

  • No restocking fee

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


4. Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Must provide order number or proof of purchase

  • Must receive return authorization before shipping

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Process

  1. Email service@noirvra.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without confirmation from our team.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • It may take an additional 5–7 business days for your payment provider to complete the refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products
